Child Safety Standards

ConnectSphere Technologies Limited has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that endangers minors. This page describes our standards and how we enforce them, consistent with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and applicable law.

1. Minimum age

The App is intended for users 17 and older (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher). Accounts found to belong to underage users are terminated.

2. Prohibited conduct

We strictly prohibit, and will act on:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form (images, video, text, or audio).
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors.
• Attempts to contact, lure, or exploit minors.
• Sharing or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18.

3. Detection and prevention

We combine automated detection, user reporting, and human moderation to identify and remove CSAE content. Reported content involving minors is prioritized for urgent review.

4. Reporting tools

Every user, message, live room, comment, and post can be reported in-app. Reports concerning child safety are flagged for immediate handling. Users can also block others to end all contact.

5. Action on violations

When we identify CSAE content or behavior, we: (a) remove the content immediately; (b) terminate the responsible account(s); (c) preserve relevant evidence; and (d) report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate local authorities as required by law.
