This Privacy Policy explains how Paty (the “App”), operated by ConnectSphere Technologies Limited, collects, uses, and shares your information. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
To create and manage your account; operate live-streaming, messaging, and social features; process purchases; moderate content and enforce our Terms; detect fraud and abuse; protect minors; provide customer support; comply with legal obligations; and improve the App.
We share information with: (a) service providers who host, process, or analyze data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; (b) Apple, for In-App Purchase processing; (c) other users, limited to what you choose to make public (e.g., profile, posts, live-stream activity); (d) authorities when required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal information.
To provide core features such as live audio/video and messaging, our app integrates the following third-party SDKs. These providers may process certain data on our behalf solely to deliver their services, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
We may add or change service providers over time and will update this section accordingly.
Content you post publicly (profile, posts, live streams, public chat) is visible to other users. Private messages are delivered to the recipients you choose. We may retain and review content for moderation and safety.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can delete your account in-app or by contacting us. To exercise these rights, email support@mypatyapp.com.
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age (see Terms). We do not knowingly collect data from underage users; if we learn we have, we delete it and terminate the account. See our Child Safety Standards.
We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards. Some of the third-party providers listed above (such as Agora and NetEase CommsEase) may process your data on servers located in regions other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in-app with a revised effective date.
