Welcome to Paty (the “App”), an interactive live-streaming and social entertainment service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. We may verify your age and suspend accounts that do not.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
The App may offer virtual coins, gifts, and other items purchasable through Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Virtual items have no monetary value, are non-transferable outside the App, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s refund policy. Virtual items do not constitute real currency and cannot be exchanged for cash by users.
You agree not to: (a) post or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent; (b) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) exploit, harm, or attempt to contact minors; (d) use the App to distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent schemes; (e) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. Violations may result in content removal and account termination. See our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.
You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App for operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we provide in-app tools to report and block other users.
We use a combination of automated and human review to detect prohibited content. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectSphere Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
